Katey 8 weeks

Kathryn Grace Willson (Katey)

Katey was born Tuesday morning, June 1 at 8:16 am.  She was 8lb 9oz and 19 inches long.  Mama and Katey came out of the scheduled c-section with no complications.  Although Mama was a little nauseous after and the meds she was given for that made her VERY sleepy for the rest of the morning and most of it is a blur.  Mama is healing much faster than she did with Nate and feels great in comparison.

Nate is such a great big brother.  He loves his little sister.  He loves to hold her and comes running if she is crying.  We are so proud of him.

36 weeks...

We're getting close.  I'm 36 weeks along, and less than 3 weeks out to the scheduled c-section.

I am kind of hoping she comes sooner.  We'll see...

Changing Family...

Here is our first day with our new puppy, Cheyenne.  It's been a couple of weeks now and she is already getting bigger.  Nate isn't totally sure what to think of her.  He likes her, but she also kind of scares him.  Also included are photos of mama and baby Katie at 27 1/2 weeks.

Chinese New Year and other family photos...

The family went out for Chinese New Year together.... Nate's wasn't really good with the chop sticks yet.  We have a really good video, I'll try to post it later.

Nana has been helping us work on potty training.  See my big boy in his big boy underwear!  Of course, even the undies must have CARS!!!  He is so proud of himself in them!

Nate reading the news paper just like pappy and a rare moment of receiving love from his wonderful older cousin, Sam!!
